GALNIK. is a certified applicator of coatings to metal fasteners, stampings, springs and any small metal component. Our paint application processes apply organic and chrome-free finishes to automotive and non-automotive metal parts.

The Zinc Flake Coatings are non-electrolytic applied coatings, which provide good protection against corrosion. These coatings consist of a mixture of zinc and aluminum flakes, which are bonded together by an inorganic matrix, using a Dip-spinning process.

The Zinc Flake Coatings provide an excellent corrosion resistance (2,000 hours Salt Spray ASTM B-117) and improve friction coefficient.
